Niffy McNiff Bube is a Wyoming native who fell in love with the Steamboat Springs Valley. Born and raised in Cheyenne, Wyoming, Niffy grew up as a member of the fourth generation to carry on her family’s rich cattle ranching history.

Steamboat has been home to Niffy and her husband, Chris for the past 11 years. January 2003, Niffy and Chris enjoyed the birth of their first child, Jack. Skiing, fly fishing, boating, riding motorcycles, biking, and horses are just a few of the past times that Niffy and her family enjoy.

During her college career, Niffy was selected to travel with “Up with People”, an international program dedicated to promoting global and cultural understanding between people. After receiving her Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of Wyoming, Niffy worked as the Special Events Coordinator for the successful Geringer for Governor Campaign. She then moved to Steamboat where she was a ski instructor for young children. Prior to her real estate career, Niffy enjoyed teaching kindergarten, third, and fifth grade at Soda Creek Elementary school here in Steamboat Springs.

Niffy’s ranching background sparked the affection that she feels for the historic homes and land that are the backbone of the Yampa Valley and Steamboat Springs area.
