Pam Heinrich did not take the high road when it came to building her career as a top selling Real Estate Agent, as a matter of fact; it was more like she had enrolled herself in the school of hard knocks, from which she graduated…top honors.
“It wasn’t easy for me. I was divorced with 4 children when I decided to move from California to Colorado. I stopped in Parachute and that’s where my career started, it was 1995 and I had landed a job as a Real Estate Secretary, I knew immediately that I’d found my niche and that Real Estate would be my passion.”
Pam credits her success to a strong foundation of character built on personal choices and life experiences.
“Being a single mom I was used to the idea of hard work and that’s what I did, I worked my tail off and absorbed everything that I could. I grabbed every opportunity that I knew would make me better. After a few years doing the Real Estate side of a transaction I shifted my focus to the mortgage industry and prequalification of potential buyers. I worked in the mortgage industry for several years; again, starting at the bottom and working my way up from Processor to Closer to a top producing Loan Officer. It was then that I knew if I went back to Real Estate I could offer my customers so much more with this added wisdom…it’s amazing how it went from there.”
And where it went from there truly is amazing, Pam’s knowledge and commitment to customer service qualified her in the top 15% of producing Realtors in Mesa County consecutively during her tenure in the Grand Junction area.
“Grand Junction had been my home for a long time. I helped a lot of families buy and sell with confidence and the reward was amazing. But, my kids had grown up and the house was empty so I sold it and moved to Steamboat. I moved here in 2008 and have been spending my time getting to know the area and studying the market. I’m renewed and I’m excited to get started!”
